Rose
This wine is founded on the Burgund Mare variety made using white wine technology, which renders it a light pink colour with golden shades potentiated by an unimpeachable gloss. Judging by the taste, it is dominated by flavours of fruits and flowers as if touched by a summer day's warmth.
It is a slightly mineral wine, sensation sustained by acidity and alcohol which prolong fruitful aromas such as white cherries. The aftertaste reminisces of ardent summer days chilled by the reinvigorating acidity which refreshes it.
