Wine must be stored bearing in mind the following:

1. let it be in a dark place, with a temperature of 12 to 15 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 65% to 75%
2. let the bottle be laid down – this is to prevent the drying of the cork which may determine the oxidation of the wine

However, do no forget: collecting wine may be a hobby, but the wine-tasting is the veritable delight!
